Meet Madeline! She was a senior when we took these pictures, but she’s getting ready to finish her first year of college now! Starting things off with one of my favorites.
We met up with her on the square in Greencastle, Indiana. Just wait and see how fashionable she is!
If you had an extra $100 to spend on yourself every week, what would you do? “Take day trips to close cities, or go to state parks.”
Yep, she rocks those hats like a boss.
Madeline, you look stunning!
She graduated from South Putnam High School in Greencastle. Know what else? She was one of the top ten students in her class! That’s right. Intelligent and beautiful.
You already know her favorite show by reading her bracelet if you’re a Gilmore Girls fan. That was definitely one of my top shows when I was in high school!
Ughhh!!! You’re so pretty! Love all the colors in this.
Favorite breakfast food? Biscuits and gravy.
A few weeks before we took these pictures, she had her braces taken off. She had nine years of treatment dealing with expanders, surgeries, and sets of braces. Would you LOOK at that beautiful smile!
If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Yellow.
I’ll let her senior pants do the talking! You can find out all of Madeline’s favorite things just by looking below.
Her cross country coach made individual bracelets for everyone on the team with words that described each runner. She kept it all these years.
She’s currently studying to become a genetic counselor at Hanover College!
When I taught middle school, I had the privilege of teaching Miss Madeline. I still remember how kind and considerate she was. When reviewing her ISTEP results way back in the eighth grade (during her lunch!), she thanked me for going to so much trouble to find all the online documents, sample essays, scores, etc. WHAT?! It was difficult to get most students to come in to review their results, but this girl noticed all the work that went into it and THANKED me. You are a gem, Madeline!
Favorite place? Wherever my family is.
Her mama and grandmother tagged along!
She called her mom the most influential woman in her life. “You have surrounded me with love and pushed me to approach life with courageous stride. I’m so blessed to have a mom like you.”
Madeline,
What an honor to photograph you! We hope you are enjoying your first year at Hanover College. There is no doubt in my mind that you are rocking it. Keep in touch!
Caitlynn & Nick
Old National Bank, don’t mind if we do!
Getting a hair touch-up from mom.
Senior pants?! Soooo cute! I’m totally getting a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants vibe & I love it!
Yesss!!! She had some legit senior pants. Makes me want to go back to high school and make my own!
