Meet Brianna and Mark! These two were married at The Sycamore Winery, and we’ve been dying to share their day.
See that necklace and those earrings on the left? Brianna gifted those to her mother-in-law.
Brianna and her daughter had matching comfy and sparkly reception shoes!
Meet her sweet daughter, Mila!
They all started their day at Alchemy Spa & Beautique in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Little Mila was pampered right along with her mama.
That shot on the left! Ahh!! Exact same expressions.
All twelve of her beautiful bridesmaids were at the salon from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., so they had plenty of time for naps.
Yep, two peas in a pod.
Mila on the left and her grandma (Brianna’s mom) on the right.
Brianna’s hair is to die for!
Love that this bride included the phonetic spelling of her name on our wedding questionnaire. Pronounced Bree-on-ah, friends!
We absolutely adore makeup artist Angelia Eccles with Adorned Lashes & Makeup. If you’re looking for someone to do your makeup for your wedding, check her out.
As I was climbing on top of my car for this shot, one of the bridesmaids looked at another bridesmaid with wide eyes and said, “Whose car is that?!” No worries! It’s mine.
When I ran outside earlier in the day to gather all of Brianna’s details, I was a little surprised to find them in a 15 passenger van, BUT I shouldn’t have been! She used it to bus all of her bridesmaids to the venue. Such a sweet bride to do that!
Meet her handsome husband-to-be, Mark!
Nick hung out with the guys while I was with the ladies.
Brianna’s dad taught little league baseball when Mark was little!
Mark had thirteen groomsmen to celebrate with him throughout the day.
Any Game of Thrones fans out there?
That’s Brianna’s mama on the left putting the finishing touches on the dress.
Brianna and her dad had an emotional first look.
Her grandmother, Irma, saw Brianna, became a little teary-eyed, and immediately gave her a hug.
DANG!! You are one gorgeous mama and wife!
Kisses for Mila before her first look with Mark.
My shot on the left and Nick’s on the right.
Nope, I just can’t get over all of Mila’s happiness!
Mark surprised Mila with a necklace.
Since it rained most of the day, we photographed this fabulous wedding party inside The Sycamore Winery.
Can any of your groomsmen do the splits?
The Sycamore Winery said this has been their largest wedding party to date! 27 (+Mila) = 28! They made it easy for us.
While the guys played tic-tac-toe…
the bridesmaids had their pictures taken!
Before Brianna and her dad walked down the aisle, she looked behind her at that beautiful train. I knew exactly what she was thinking! “That needs to be straightened before I walk down the aisle.” I quickly told her that I would happily fluff her dress if no one else was there, BUT The Sycamore Winery is always good about doing that. And look at that! Sarah and Payton were there ready to open the doors and fluff her dress.
We aim to capture how the day felt, not just what it looked like.
It’s tough work being a ring bearer.
Andddd they’re married!
Right after this picture, Mila and her mama look at each other, and Brianna says, “We did it!”
Then we quickly snapped a few portraits of these two.
Since it was raining, we found the only dry area outside and went to work! Gah! One of my favorites!
Mark proposed to Brianna during a vacation. He wasn’t nervous until he saw her the day he planned on proposing.
Fun Fact. They’ve known each other since they were little kids.
Brianna, that bouquet + YOU!!! Eeekkk!!!! You look jaw-dropping gorgeous!
Time to get that dress bustled for their reception entrance.
We couldn’t find her socks for those cute reception shoes, so she went sockless for a bit. Ha! I remembered that I pack extra socks with me for weddings and gave them to her after their entrance. (Future Brides: If you’re in need of a pair of socks on your wedding day, ask me!)
Hey there, cutie!
DJ, Cole Blessinger with Blessinger Entertainment introduced the newlyweds!
Brianna’s father gave a speech before dinner and bragged on Mark. He explained that Mark not only took him out for breakfast to ask his permission to marry his daughter, but also asked Brianna’s brother’s permission as well. He said that is exactly the type of man he would want Brianna to marry.
While speeches took place, Miss Mila opened up a coloring book business.
When Brianna posted this photo she said, “I really love my husband and cake if you couldn’t tell.”
First dance.
Father-daughter and mother-son dance.
I’m pretty sure they set a record for the most couples on the dance floor for the anniversary dance! When I walked by a bridesmaid sitting at the head table, I overheard her say, “I think I’m the only one here not married!” Ha!
Yep, her bridesmaids were fabulous! Working on her hair while she talks to guests.
Mark took time to say goodbye to his Grandma Lucille and then his brother-in-law helped her get into the vehicle safely.
This leg made it into so many pictures from getting ready until the very end of the night!
See those blue and purple lights? Uplighting by Blessinger Entertainment.
See the groomsmen on the left? It was his birthday! Nick kept saying, “It was so nice of them to throw this big party for you.”
Sometimes it takes awhile for the bride and groom to make it to the dance floor because they have so many people to talk to, but look – they made it!
This crew knew how to party!
Someone messaged me after looking at their Instagram story and said, “I want to have another wedding just to wear her dress!”
If you watched the Instagram story we posted of their wedding day, you know that Miss Yellow Dress picked up Brianna and spun her around right before this shot.
During the last song, they all gathered around in a circle and sang “Time of Your Life.”
Brianna and Mark (& Mila),
Woah! Talk about an incredible day! We could not get enough of your wedding party and family. You two looked absolutely stunning, and we love how involved sweet Mila was throughout the entire day. Hope marriage is wonderful.
Caitlynn & Nick
Thankful for wide lenses with this crew!
That’s Kainen in the picture on the right next to my husband. We’re glad he tags along to capture behind-the-scenes video for several of our weddings and shoots.
You can tell by looking that this was a FUN wedding! Everyone looks like they are having the time of their lives🎉🎉🎉
